The initial room had torn wallpaper and mold. After reporting the issue, we were moved to a better room, but the ongoing protests outside were distracting. Service was inconsistent, as staff seemed unhelpful at times, especially during check-out when I needed help with my luggage.

The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant shopping and food scene nearby. I loved the spacious Deluxe Twin Room with an outstanding view of Namsan Tower, making each evening special. The staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. However, the only downside was the lack of lift/elevator access at the nearest metro exit, which made carrying heavy luggage a challenge. Also, while the room was generally clean, there were signs of wear and tear, which could be improved.

The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Myeongdong with the subway and street food right outside. The Deluxe Twin Room offered ample space, and the view of Namsan Tower was a lovely bonus. Our kids enjoyed returning to the spacious lobby after outings!
